Growing up, I was always fascinated by celebrity chefs who were able to show the world how to cook. I chose to watch Emeril Lagasse over Sesame Street daily, and today, my passion for food still exists. I've been lucky enough to dive into a line of work that combines my two interests, writing and food. In doing so, my excitement about farm-to-table dining, local agriculture, seasonal cooking, and fresh, healthy food has grown stronger, and I've been able to meet some incredible farmers, chefs and foodies along the way. This summer, I'll be interning at edibleRhody, a food magazine that encompasses everything there is to know about the Rhode Island food scene. As always, I look forward to sharing my past, present and future food bites with the world.
